Booking a group requires that you have 10 or more travelers traveling on the same itinerary.

10-11 months prior to departure

Choose the dates and location of your trip.

9-10 months prior to departure

Request a quote from your travel agency. Being flexible by a day on either end of the trip could help you get a lower fare (even this far in advance).

If somebody in your group has a different departure or return than the group, please advise your travel agent before holding the group. Deviations may require the traveler to purchase a separate ticket depending on what the airline allows.

2 weeks later

Send in your deposit to Riverside Travel. Most airlines allow 10 days to deposit which locks in the price and schedule. 

14 weeks prior to departure

Let you travel agent know your final number of travelers. Most airlines will refund the full deposit until 90 days prior to departure.

60 days prior to departure

Provide passport name to your travel agent. The first and last name must be exactly as it appears on the passport.

60-45 days prior to departure

Final payment is due.
